Fee Information

All competitors, managers & coaches are required to pay a Games Fee. You will only pay the Games Fee once, regardless of how many sports you are competing in. The Alice Springs Masters Games set this fee, which is the same for all participants and serves as your accreditation to the Games. Current Games Fee is $99.

Sports Fees are specific fees set by each sport to cover the costs of conducting their competition. These fees only apply when competing in a sport. Sports Fees are different for all sports. Please click here for more detailed information for each sport. Non-competing managers and coaches do not pay sports fees.

Important Note: Payment is required at the time of registration by credit card. Registrations are not completed until payment has been made.

The Games fee is charged only once regardless of how many sports you enter.

Team Information

For team sports, a Team Manager can be nominated. This role can be filled by one of the players or a non-playing official.

The Team Manager is responsible for entering each player's name and email address, the system will then send an email to each nominated player containing a link to allow the player to formally join the team, complete their registration and pay all fees that are due.

Team Managers are to collect all your team players full names and emails ready prior to registering. You are unable to go back and add more or new players.

If you are a team player and didn’t get an email from your team manager, you can still register as a competitor and enter your team’s name (hint: find who your team’s name is prior to registration). Team should already be pre-registered by a Team Manager).
